Interview
1) Had an interview, consisting of a case interview and a behavioral/fit interview.
2) Moved onto second rounds, which consisted of a presentation case interview and another resume-based behavioral interview.
The recruiter was very fast and efficient in coordinating both interviews, and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting all the people at Oliver Wyman. I had a very pleasant interview experience with them.
First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
Did not recieve a callback.
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.
