Had a few rounds of interviews - interviewed with the recruiter, hiring manager, and members of other teams I'd be working with. Was then asked to complete a take-home exercise and present it during on-site interviews with other members of the team. Experience was fine overall, but something that surprised me was little to no diversity of interviewers. Every single person I interviewed with across multiple rounds (10+ people minus the recruiter) was male and mostly white.
