The interview process with Omada was thorough and a breath of fresh air. Everyone I met with was engaged, asked quality questions, pushed me to answer difficult questions and gave me an opportunity to ask as many questions I had as well. I met with 4 individuals for separately and then presented to a cohort of 6 individuals - ranging from the head of sales to direct sellers.
