At Omada Health, we try our best to be mindful of both the interviewee’s and the interviewer's time and to notify both parties promptly if an unexpected change occurs. Your feedback tells us that we can improve in this area; we will strive to do better.
In order to ensure a consistent interview process, we divulge the same amount of information at the same time to each candidate. For this role, we provided candidates with the structure of the interview beforehand and gave candidates the Product Management Exercise the day of their interview. Our goal was not to be intentionally vague towards candidates, but rather to create a consistent interview process that enabled us to evaluate each candidate in the same way.
