Omada Health interview questions

Applied through a current employee referral. Recruiter chat, hiring manager chat, data modeling technical round, Python & SQL technical round, final round of interviews consisting of stakeholder panel, hiring manager check-in, and recruiter check-in after all of the interviews were completed. Brenda, my recruiter, was one of the best recruiters I've ever interacted with as a candidate. She kept me updated throughout the process and was very prompt/courteous the entire time.

Process was comprised of 4 major interviews: Director of Engineering (Hiring Manager) asking about leadership and people management. A Principal Engineer asking a system design question to tech technical ability. A Product Manager asking about cross-functional skills, working with stakeholders, and testing business acumen. Finally a peer Engineering Manager digging deeper into team management style. After the interviews there was a follow up call with the hiring manager to allow me to ask any additional questions I have and an informal references review.
