Interview
I was contacted very quickly by Omni Hotel, and the person who set up the interview was very nice. When I arrived, the person who was interviewing me did not seem interested at all in being there, she told me she was just there helping that location out and was travelling back to her location afterwards. I found the questions disenguine and as if she was just going through the motions. All of them could have been covered in a phone interview, but I drove two hours to Conway for a fifteen minute chat. She had mentioned interviewing with her manager after the interview with her, and when I asked about it at the end she became irate and said that it was not possible. It was a bad experience for me, however I don't feel that it was representative of how Omni typically operates. When I have visited in the past everyone seems professional and friendly, a contrast to the interview.
