3 weeks Interview process. There was 3 panel rounds, after that they ghosted on me. I was expecting at least email for rejection or feedback from HR after 4 rounds of interviews. I follow up with HE but they didnt even respond. That was disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your interview experience. It is disappointing to hear about the lack of communication following your interviews. We understand how frustrating it can be to invest time and effort into a process and not receive timely updates or feedback. This falls short of the candidate experience we strive to provide, and while we are actively working to improve our processes, we acknowledge that we missed the mark here.
We truly value your time and your input. If you’re open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to connect and provide you with more specific feedback. Should you have any further questions or additional feedback, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Omnicell in Jun 2020
Interview
Interviewed with Omnicell twice for Product Manager roles:
The first time, the original recruiter was unavailable but I had a good conversation with the replacement recruiter (who was covering for the original). He said he would schedule me with the hiring manager. Then complete radio silence. Tried reaching out to the original recruiter (since I didn't have the replacement recruiter's contact info) but no response.
The second time, I had another good conversation with the recruiter who scheduled me with the hiring manager. I had a good interview with the hiring manager who said he would pass on the feedback to the recruiter. Then again, very limited response or contact with the recruiter.
Seems like the recruiters don't really value the candidates' time at Omnicell.
