I was contacted by the recruiter and then had a series of interviews with the Omnicell PMO. The first interview after meeting the recruiter was via Zoom and then they flew me to Pittsburgh and asked me to give a presentation. I spent hours preparing my presentation, took two days off of work to travel. They paid for my hotel, air, and rental car but did not offer any reimbursement for meals or per diem - so I also spent a chunk of my own money - to be completely ghosted by them. I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter thanking everyone and then weeks went by. I called and emailed the recruiter multiple times simply asking if they were still considering or if the position had been filled and did not receive any responses. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. It's okay if I don't get the job - but just tell me it's a no. Would not accept a job with a company who behaves this way.
