After applying, I received an email to schedule a preliminary interview. 45 minutes before the preliminary interview, I received an email from recruiting stating they noticed my salary expectations were not in alignment with the position and if I would be willing to accept $47,000. I asked if they are willing to negotiate and was told they were not.
