Originally presented by external recruiter. FIrst round was a conversation with HR followed by hiring manager. Both conversations were over Zoom. They were energetic and informative, all in all a great experience
The interview process with Ontic was clearly laid out. Made it to the last stage and was told I didn't receive the position, after really positive meetings with the interviewers and after receiving great feedback about my candidacy along the way. It was surprising to hear I didn't get the role.

The process was a call with the recruiter, hiring manager, then a panel round, then create and present a kick -off deck. I was okay with doing all the work but when I got to my presentation it felt like they made their decision before I even started. They barely asked any questions or interacted at all. It felt like a huge waste of time. They called me the next day and told me that I didn't get it.
