took about month after apply for a job. First round phone interview follow up next day in person interview. Not difficult questions. Every since then no answer, even after couple emails. They publish job again so doesn't feel great not to get any answers. No answer is no answer, I think they should definitely improve they communication skills and generally all recruitment process.
