I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Open Society Foundations (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Overall pleasant and professional interview, and they put in effort to help me feel at ease.
Summary: 1 hr. interview; 10 - 12 questions approx. (skipped a few questions because my answer to prior question satisfied the next question); 3 interviewers from OSAP team: Head, Manager, and Officer Interview: Each took turns to ask questions; no pattern in terms of who asked what kinds of questions. Two main types of questions: Behavioral, motivation, and competency. For my interview, at least 70% of the question was on competency and motivation. Given 7-10 minutes to ask interviewers questions.
