By far the bad candidate experience of all. I was reached out as i was referred and immediately scheduled a call next day. Interviewer was late by few minutes which happens sometimes and calls run over. Very normal call , things you would expect in prescreen call. End of the call i was told i would be getting a scheduling email from XXX who would then schedule with a sourcer XYZ for 45 mins and the Recruiter went over the call assigned call helping me understand what to expect in the 45 mins call and told me i would be getting the scheduling email same day as they need to close this position. No email on same day, i followed up and no response. After 3 days i got a generic rejection that they are moving forward with "few other candidates". Such a disappointment after they over promised with coordinator name , sourcer name who would be interviewing me and what to expect in 45 mins call giving me full details. I was so confused seeing the rejection and when i reached out I was told "identified candidates whose backgrounds are more closely aligned". I wish this was checked before wasting my time, given hope and promise of next round and preparing for that. Super horrible experience and makes me realize may not be a good place after all. If the company doesn't care about candidate experience it tells a lot of the culture
