Met with the owner and after that was offered the position. Was asked mostly about my industry contacts and why I wanted to work for them. Talked at great length about wanting to move up market.

Interview
I was asked to do a Wonderlic test. I completed that and was told I scored favorably and received a strong overall fit score. I was then asked to do a 1-1 interview late on a Friday afternoon that I prepared for and then 20 min before the interview I was told that they had chosen another candidate. Now I see that the job is still listed on LinkedIn. I would consider this company highly unethical and unprofessional.
