Initially there will be a phone call interview.
The stage is behavioral interview.
They want to know if you are trainable and is willing to work in shifting hours because there clients are based on the other side of the world.

Initial Interview was just quick, they would ask questions about your resume. After the interview, I was told that they would just contact me for the second interview. Unfortunately, I was no longer contacted by them.
