OpenText Technical Writer interview questions

Phone call with a recruiter and in-person interview. Two hour in-person interview at Waterloo office with two people in person along with two on a video call. The first part of interview was general questions about my background. Second part was a writing test which included writing something about myself, working with XMLstructures and writing a step-by-step procedure sample.
