I received a phone call from HR to discuss the position. The recruiter indicated I was a good match for the position given my experience and also spoke about a similar position with an emphasis on another region. I was told I would be contacted by another recruiter to discuss the different region and never heard back from anyone even after emailing to follow-up. I believe my current salary was higher than what the position paid; however, it would have been nice for them to confirm that. I found the experience a bit unprofessional on their part.
