OppFi interview questions

was asked to attend interview, got rescheduled and ghosted by the team. very negative experience. would like the recuritment team to address this so that any talent pool looking to join the firm will not face issues in the future

Really poor candidate experience and even more unfortunate that this happened for a recruiting role. I applied online and was reached out to shortly after for a phone screen. The phone screen was standard and mostly conversational. I was told in the call that the team would follow up with me shortly for next steps. I sent a thank you note and shortly the next day received a follow up to be scheduled for the next round. After submitting my availability to be confirmed, I waited a few days and heard nothing back. I followed up again to see if more availability was needed or if anything changed and heard nothing. I followed up a final time and after two weeks past it was clear I had been ghosted. I assumed the role was closed potentially due to budget constraints but later I found out after reviewing LinkedIn the position had actually been filled by another candidate. I found it upsetting, unprofessional, and odd to be mislead and ghosted in this way.
