I applied in the fall and heard back ~a month later for a phone screen with the recruiter. About a month later I got an unsolicited phone call from someone on the marketing team. He was very honest and candid; I enjoyed speaking with him. Nearly 3 months later I finally received a rejection. The recruiter was truly awful. She was late to our network call, the phone screen, didn't notify me that the marketing manager would be calling, and was always delayed in response. The most unprofessional experience I have EVER had.
