OppFi Recruiter interview questions

The interview process was enjoyable from start to finish. Then entire process from application to offer took about 2.5 weeks. My interview consisted of 1 phone screen and 2 onsite interviews. Everyone was friendly and passionate about OppLoans and getting to know me and how I would add value to the organization. I was asked questions that displayed my critical thinking and process creation skills, and really enjoyed being challenged (in a positive way!!) about my skills and expertise around talent acquisition. At the end of the process I felt I had learned more than enough about the roadmap of the position and company to make my decision. It was a refreshing interview experience and the energy within the company is positive and infectious :)
