Option Care Health interview questions

This was the most chaotic hiring process I’ve ever experienced. The recruiter was very unorganized and had poor communication. The manager would call me randomly out of no where around 6-7pm. It was so unprofessional. Interviews were set up without even asking my availability and asking what time zone I was in. The interviews were not conducted well and the questions were repetitive. I declined their offer based on the huge red flags. I can tell they have some chaos going on at this organization. It’s blatant.
