This was by far the most well-organized and timely interview process I have ever went through. After applying for the position online, within a couple of days I received a screening call from a talent acquisitions partner, followed by a HireVue digital interview link to take my on-demand interview. The on-demand digital interview allowed me to take it at my convenience, and was very easy and user friendly. Although some people might be reluctant to digital interviewing, it is actually very straight forward, allows you time to think and prep before you answer a question, a little perk you don't get with in-person interviews. The questions were not too difficult, you are comfortably conversing and letting your personality shine, which I believe can make all the difference in making you stand out as a candidate. A couple of days later, I heard back from my talent acquisitions partner calling me in for an in-person interview. Again, very timely responses and quick turnaround. The partner prepared me for my interview, arming me with all the information and details I would need in advance, which made It easy from a logistics perspective. At my in-person interview, I was given background information on the company, and overview of the department I was interviewing in and its management team, so the interview was not one-sided, but a friendly professional dialogue that felt like a pleasant conversation. The whole process took less than two weeks, start to finish. The talent acquisitions team is very friendly, fast, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, a very positive experience.
