Optiver Business Analyst interview questions

Process had multiple steps too it, which is not too uncommon but the period between each was too long with little feedback in between. Preferably the time between interviews would be a lot less.

Three interviews in total, assessment rounds that do not actually measure your working ability, recruiting team is totally incompetent and annoying. I actually liked the company but I couldn’t stand the recruiters and how rude they are so I declined the offer
