Interview
Applied online through Optiver website, then had a phone interview with Talent Partner. Then, scheduled a two-hour on-site interview. On-site interview consisted of a tour, two behavioural interviews with HR Ops Lead and HR Analyst, then a final "coffee chat" with HR Coordinator.
