There is a phone interview followed by a coding exam with 4 questions (2 SQL, 2 Python). There are 2 rounds afterwards that are more technical with hiring managers that I did not get to.

Interview
Gave me a 72 hr hackerank assesment. Questions ranging from how would you design a distribution service to some mcqs on operating systems.
I believe I gave very good answers. The last two coding questions took me some time but I accounted for plenty of corner cases. A day after submitting, I get a reject. Like how do you judge a subjective assessment that fast.
