I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Optiver (Mumbai) in Sep 2021
Interview
There were various rounds in the selection process. Firstly, there were two tests followed by a Group Discussion and two interviews. The tests checked the basic mathematics as well as how fast you can be in your decision making. The Group Discussion was quite involving and there were games based on market making and also some puzzles. The HR interview was just a normal one with the basic questions while the technical interview once again was based on market making.

What are some extracurriculars you have done, how do they relate to your growth and interests.
Includes OA with usual math and cognitive tests. The technical interview involved a 1-1 Zoom call with their trader, where you are playing betting games on their assessment platform. The interviewers are very nice and willing to help, even if you get stuck and have nothing to say.
