5 stage interview process.
1. Online personality assessment. 40 mins.
2. Online maths and coding assessment. 40 mins.
3. HR interview. 90 mins.
4. Interview with a trader. 90 mins.
5. Interview with a trader and HR. 90 mins.
Mine ended up quite spread out because of covid related delays. I also requested a delay so that I could focus on some exams and they were accomodating.

Initial round of Optiver tests involving mini games, sequences and probability questions, followed by HR behavioral interview where I was asked about my motivations for joining the firm, reasoning for the role (i.e. trading vs research) and past problem-solving experiences.

Interview
The interview is a five-step procedure. The first one is an online assessment including mental math, neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, probability, and personality questionnaires. The second one is a behavioural interview. The third and fourth are technical interviews. and the final one is a behavioral interview. All are virtual.
