After about 4 rounds of playing games about fast calculation, logic, memory and Hanoi tower type game, next steps are behavioral and cognitive interview. Behavioral interview is a nice HR interview and Cognitive is an interview with a trader, playing trading games where they assess your taught process and ability for the job.
