I've passed the OA and HR interview. I have to say HR in this company is fully arrogant and lack of respect. Really bad experience. If your answer don't meet their expected answer, you will get rejected. And they seems lack of preparation for the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Optiver in Aug 2022
Interview
The online assessment was intense. 80 mental math problems, 9 neural testing games, sequence patterns in 25 minutes, probability tests and personality tests. Then there would be a phone interview of behavioral questions, and then the final round which consists of mathematical/IQ tests. In average the questions were not super difficult but was pretty intense given the time limit.
