Optiver Recruitment Operations Coordinator interview questions

I applied online and then had 3 interviews over 3 days (over a total of about 3 weeks) with a total of 7 people. The interviewers were very friendly and I enjoyed the process, but later found out i was penalized for personal, non-work answers such as when I was asked which Disney Princess I'd be or what is my favorite city. I did received feedback however, that they found me friendly, mature and passionate about work which is nice to know. I was not offered the job and told there was someone more suitable and they had already extended an offer to them, which to me is very reasonable as this was a different role than I have been doing. However the ad was then reposted the next week and when I followed up with the recruiter (via phone, as I did not get a reply to my email) I was then told that actually despite what they had told me, they had extended an offer to no one and were looking again. Admittedly I found this a little strange that they opted to not be honest initially with me - thus the neutral experience rating I have given.
