Optiver Trader Level II interview questions

80 Question math skills test. No calculator and no pen and paper. Just short hand math. 8 minutes to complete as many questions as possible. Then face to face interview with Partners and team leaders. Met with HR which was more of a formality. Lasted 3 rounds, with an informal intro meeting before the formal interview.
