Optiver Trading interview questions

The interview began with a short online mental math test. Upon passing, there is a telephone behavioral interview with an HR person, mostly discussing your choice of college, major, etc. Next comes a longer, more difficult online math test covering probability and patter recognition. After this there is a second phone interview, where they ask consulting-style estimation questions, and math and probability questions. Finally there is an in-person interview in Chicago.
