Ive been in the private sector for 15 years and have myself worked within HR to a capacity. Its mandatory that those within HR are welcoming and engaging in bring candidates in, get to know them and have a healthy friendly conversation, Jorden was monotone, quiet and had one word questions and answers, When the conversation was over, I had felt that I had just spoke with a robot. I had no interest in the role when we were done and also never heard back either way. Optum should take care in the training and investing in their associates.
