Very Basic and Straightforward. First is a behavioral interview and second is the technical interview. They don't ask much but just want to see what type of projects you have worked on nothing else. Not a hard interview if you are a programmer and have done projects on your downtime.

They didn't ask about any data structure and algorithms but rather more about projects you had done.
It was a smooth process with timely communication of important information. First was the altitude round followed by HR round and then the technical round. I got this opportunity through on-campus recruitment process.

Very analytical and professional. They expected a lot of background projects to be done beforehand. Also, excellent DSA skills are a must. If I had prepared well enough, there was a good chance of me getting selected. Focusing,=more on DSA concepts will come in handy.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Optum (Hartford, CT)

HireVue ~> Behavioral questions with Engineer ~> Offer Once the process started at the HireVue, took a month for entire process to complete. Very quick. They really care more about you as a person and cultural fit than engineering skills. I know only few people randomly got selected to do a coding OA.
