The video review was cold and awkward. you were videotaped on your computer answering questions with no interviewer. a question would appear and then you would have a couple minutes to answer before moving to the next question.
Optum has a 3 round interview, the first 2 with hiring manager and last HR round. Since this company is subsidiary of UHG, knowledge in US healthcare is added Advantage.
