Disjointed with a lack of effective communication. Had an initial phone interview with very pleasant individual then radio silence for a week. Follow up email from different member of HR addressed to me asking how interview went with interviewer cc’d but still no word regarding actual next step in process. Finally had interview scheduled with healthcare organization staffed by Optum members yet no advance information provided about this being a final interview for position. Two weeks after this interview I received generic email saying position had been filled and no follow up from any HR members.
