Had just one round of interviews with questions about work experience and behavioral questions, such as 'Tell me a situation when you faced a challenge or argument with a client and how you solved it.'

Question 1
Questions on situational-based like what would you do in such an such scenario etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optum in Jul 2022
Interview
Total of 3 rounds. 1st round HR screening asking about skills and responsibilities and salary expectations. 2nd round went with a Senior Product Manager where he asked about my role and experience. 3rd round was with Product Director who asked similar questions in addition to whether I could move to Gurgaon. Interviews were highly non-challenging, very basic questions were asked, and totally dissatisfying. Also, upon asking no one gave a clear idea on the team or work for which the hiring was made. They clearly mentioned that despite being product company for so long they want to drive their own product Roadmap for clients. HR with whom I agreed to start the interview process based on initial salary expectations, refused to meet salary initial terms at the end of entire process. Overall entire process projected immature, confused and service-based mindset of Optum.
