Optum Senior DevOps Engineer interview questions

I got referred by my friend and got the interview call after 3 weeks. First round- HR called for telephonic interview and discussed about the company and role and asked about my experience. Second round- They scheduled after 2 weeks with Hiring manager and one senior member from the team who was not a DevOps Engineer but a developer. He asked what tools I use and further there were no follow up questions. Asked about security(not on my resume) an data platform integration which I haven't worked on but still explained the flow, further there were no questions. Asked about what is CICD and which tool I used that's all. Interview went for 30 mins instead of 1 hour(scheduled time). Not very professional IMO to ask a developer to take Senior DevOps engineer interview as he may not know about the things we do. Very bad experience with the company.
