Applied via company page for a Recruiter role in Ireland. Received a message for a call. Spoke with a recruiter based in the UK on a Wednesday. She didn't seem to know a lot about the company and role as she stated she was part of a company recently acquired my Optum. Standard call that lasted 45 minutes where i did most of the talking. She stated she has a team call on Friday and will come back soon. This was 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since the call. Followed up twice with no acknowledgment of my messages at all. This is very very poor candidate management. I can understand why they are looking for new recruiters as this is not how you handle the recruitment process.

The interview process was pretty quick and easy. There was only one conversational interview and feedback was received fairly quickly. I received the benefits brochure and the terms for an offer, which I accepted.
