Optum Technical Lead interview questions

Got call from a consultant for interview process invite was contacted 4 -5 times to make sure i attend. I reached the venue, waited for 3 hours. Then, i was told interview panel is not experienced enough to take your interview. They will align telephone interview with the director or equivalent in couple of days. No one called, after 7 days got an automated mail that position is closed. Wasted my whole Saturday for the process which never took off. Simply you have job openings doesn't make you a king, you have to be sincere about other's time. When i was going through interview experiences on Glassdoor, i saw many reviews like HR process is horrible. But, didn't believe that, now i have first hand experience. UnitedHealth group is listed in fortune 500 companies and this is the HR process.
