The first round interview was simple. They ask about you and want to know if you're driven and a good fit for the company. The first interview was a 15 minute interview to discuss my resume, work experience and future career goals, then the second interview is a more detailed 30 minute interview to discuss job expectations, compensation and benefits. This is more a door to door sales job than an office job. Essentially you'll be in Sam's Club or Costco selling different products to shoppers. This was not what the job description describes. Typical bait and switch as this is not an office job. They are hiring for Marketing Managers and Business Development managers all of which are the same as the account manager.
