Oracle is looking for talented, highly self motivated sales candidates. Must be able to learn as much as possible in a short amount of time and expected to execute immediately.

Multiple round very professional. I found the team cooperative and the recruiters were direct and easy to work with. The role offered was the wrong levelling for me. Went forward to different role.

Interview
First interview with recruiter was more informational. The second was with the sales management team and that was a little more formal. Expect "name a time when" questions. They focus a lot on quota and negotiation skills.

Interview
The interview process was a bit more than expected but overall, I can understand as the company is global and the right candidate is important when the organization has a global footprint.
