The hiring manager in the US was great to speak to, a true gentleman. However soon after speaking to his direct reports I could get a clear sense of politics within the team. The last interviewer (DR 2) was insecure and was trying to be necessarily bossy with his questions. I also sensed prejudice and ageism, in my last interview, in the way I was spoken to.. it was rather patronising. Unfortunately for me, the second interviewer was the main influencer. In hindsight, I am glad that I did not get the role.
Prescreen was easy but i don see it too much for me to understand it but I still don’t know what to think about this position and the situation of the team in general but I’m excited to see what the future holds

The interview process at Oracle was professional and well-organized. After applying online, I was invited to a virtual group interview where I had the chance to collaborate with other candidates and answer behavioral questions. The recruiters did a good job of making the environment feel welcoming and gave everyone an opportunity to speak.
The focus was mostly on communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving. It wasn’t overly technical, but they were looking for candidates who could think on their feet and work well in a team setting.
