Interview
long- it lasted 2 months until they made a decision and I had to insist to get an answer-plus the offer was under expectations. However, I accepted the underpaid position, since it was a good start for entry-level.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle in Oct 2019
Interview
Typical process; phone screen with a recruiter, call with the hiring manager, in-person/video calls for final.
The process was as expected, the recruiter was very clear with timelines, expectations, need, etc. It did seem like they heavily focus on internal candidates and make it obvious that they are aware of how much more expensive and time-consuming it is to hire externally.
