Some people had a super day, mine was simply a screening with the recruiter and then 2 stages with senior leadership. They asked me a list of behavioural and situational questions for both and then opened up the floor.
Prescreen was easy but i don see it too much for me to understand it but I still don’t know what to think about this position and the situation of the team in general but I’m excited to see what the future holds
Three step process interview and last round is a longer day of rounds with different people at the company. This SuperDay is in collaboration with plenty of other interviewees as well

Interview
Very fast, I was an internal applicant so the onboarding process did not take as long. I had a total of three interviews with my new team. The recruiter was very helpful. The only downside was that since I had gotten a raise within the year, they could not give me a pay bump.
