Several interviews with people from different departments, some technical, some non technical to check the cultural fit. Interveiw with direct manager, with local branch manager, with HR, and with a random guy from US HQ. Very pleasant experience.

Question 1
Describe TCP/IP stack and man in the middle attack
1. HR Screening, background, salary expectations (which were quite low for a L4, bachelor's/masters security oriented seem to be a requirement, not a plus)
2. First technical interview, asked a few simple questions about security (OWASP Top 10), vulnerabilities, describing background...
Very good interview but a lot of paper work. They ask for an 5 page paper about yourself. This is a such a old school way to learn more about canditate. But they are very friendly.
