From what I remembered, it was like 3 hours with a schedule of what to expect. The BDMs (I think they renamed them sales development managers but same thing) and they are the ones conducting the interview. The top BDMs were the ones interviewing so they usually have a first pick of people to join their team. So make your best impression cause a lot of success can be determined based off of who is your manager.
Was very straightforward, considering it is targeted for post-grad. Mostly centered about your background and fit, why you're interested in the role. It was couple of behavioral interviews, nothing more than that.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Three stage interview. For the screening call you must explain BANT as the go-to qualification framework and be able to explain it. Second round is with the Hiring Manager, Most applicants aren't coming from BD roles so if you're able to touch on any BD activities from your current role you're doing well. Years ago so not sure if mock cold call is a part of it but be prepared for that. Pace, pace, pace, lead framework and objection handling - echoing their concerns etc. Last round is with the Director above the Hiring Manager, Be able to charm them as most of the hard work is done by this stage.
Straightforward - clear process and next steps. Interviewer let me know exactly what I needed to expect and when, and how to best prepare to be most successful which I appreciate
