Interviewers were very nice but their questions were off, and kind of impossible to give an answer to. They would ask questions, seemly looking for a very specific answer but I had no idea what that was.

Interview
A few days after applying they called me to set up an interview for the following week. I was interviewed by two different people. After the interview, they emailed me to ask for my references, and about a week later they called to offer me the job.

Interview
I applied on Monday evening, got a call for an interview on Tuesday evening, and had my interview on Friday of the same week. I got an Email on Monday the following week asking for references. They are very fast and don't blink or you may miss something. 2 people were in my interview. They barely made eye contact because they were writing down what I was saying that whole time. Nice people. Excited for employment.
