took about a month to hear anything then 2 week interview process with 3 interviews, 2 initial phone screenings then a zoom interview with multiple managers in which they asked scenario questions

Applied online to the general talent pool. Was given a phone interview. Then my resume was sent to the clinics i expressed interest in. I was called by each of these clinics to schedule an interview. Able to schedule interview fairly quickly. After the interviews, I was called to give a verbal offer.
