Interview
The interview was online, through a web link sent by HR. Lasted roughly 30 mins and was joined by the nurse managers of the ICU units that were hiring and the TTP coordinator. Minimal personal questions, it was followed by a patient case scenario and asked what you would do to treat the patient.

Interview
4 person panel interview. Spent about 50 minutes answering questions and then was provided information about the next steps of the interviewing process, which involved a call letting me know I had moved on in the selection process and a request for references .
